Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 8, 2014, at around 21:30, the Defendant driven B Poter cargo vehicles under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10 meters of alcohol concentration 0.229% (as a result of measurements) on the front of the main point of the trade name, which is the main distance singing 113 singing in Gangseo-si, Gangnam-si.
