A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 24, 2014, at around 12:20, the Defendant driven two cargo vehicles from the section of about 10 km to the point of 75 km in Jincheon-si located in Jincheon-si, Jincheon-do to the point of 75 km in Jinsan-si.
