1. Each of the plaintiffs' claims is dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

On December 4, 2014, around 19:15, the Plaintiffs’ assertion D driven the E Coin Vehicle, and driven the G Nomp in front of the Gam located in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, with the road string, and the deceased’s vehicle was parked on the right side of the road (hereinafter “Defendant bus”), and the deceased died as a result.

(2) The deceased's actual income (=25,757,577,590 x 30%) is the deceased's actual income (=252,558,590 x 30%) and the deceased's consolation money is 15,00,000 won, in consideration of 70% of the deceased's negligence.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff KRW 50,400,390 for funeral expenses of KRW 38,900,390 for inheritance expenses of KRW 1,50,000 for funeral expenses, KRW 10,000 for consolation money of KRW 10,00 for consolation money of KRW 30,933,593 for each of the Plaintiff B and C (=the inheritance portion of KRW 25,933,593 for consolation money of KRW 5,00,00 for consolation money of KRW 25,93 for inheritance) and damages for delay

According to the statements and images of Gap evidence Nos. 2 and 8, at the time of the accident in this case, the defendant bus was parked on the right side of the point of the accident in this case. However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the statements and images of Eul Nos. 1 and 9, i.e., the location of the accident in this case: (a) the white light is marked on the surface; (b) the white light is not a parking prohibition zone under Article 4 of the Road Traffic Act and Article 8 (1) 5, 2, and 6 of the Enforcement Rule of the same Act (amended by Ordinance of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs No. 29, Jun. 30, 2015); (b) the width of the road driven by the deceased is 1, 2, 6.4 meters, 3.5 meters, and the width of the side road is 9.7 meters from the side of the road in this case; and (c) the wheels of the defendant bus in this case was parked from May 37, 200.
