The defendant's appeal is dismissed.
Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. The court below erred by misunderstanding the facts and adversely affecting the conclusion of the judgment by misunderstanding the fact that the defendant injured the victim, although the defendant did not have the victim's head due to the loss of the stick in his possession, or the defendant did not have the victim's head.
B. The lower court’s sentence of unreasonable sentencing (one million won of fine) is too unreasonable.
2. Determination
A. On October 27, 2012, around 10:30 on October 27, 2012, the summary of the facts charged is as follows: (a) the Defendant found the Defendant guilty of the charge of misunderstanding the facts charged: (b) the Defendant: (c) on the ground that the victim D calls in the front corridor No. 104, 722, Changwon-si, Masan-si, 104, 722, and opened a door; and (d) on the ground that he opens a door to the Defendant’s house, the Defendant was guilty of the Defendant’s front title by the Defendant’s hand; (d) the Defendant was frighted with the Defendant’s hand; and (e) the Defendant was frighted on the wall after cutting the back with the left hand, and was frighted on the wall, and was in possession of the head for about three weeks’ medical treatment; and (e) the Defendant’s dump and fright, and damaged the other part of the facts charged.
3) The following circumstances revealed by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the lower court and the lower court’s judgment, namely, ① the victim has consistently made a statement from an investigative agency to the lower court that “the Defendant gets her head at the time of her head with his/her kick’s hand over,” and ② the victim was hospitalized in the hospital by the dynasium and the tension from October 27 to November 10, 2012, the day of the instant case (the victim was hospitalized on October 15, 2012, and on October 18, 2012, with the verte’s other verteculties). However, the victim is deemed to have visited each of the members of the fynasium, but only the fact alone.
