1. The Defendants: (a) KRW 108,00,000 per annum for each Plaintiff; and (b) 5% per annum from December 5, 201 to January 16, 2014; and (c)

1. Occurrence of liability for damages;

(a) Fact-finding 1) Defendant Jeju Plastic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Plastic”);

(2) The Defendant Jeju Shipping Co., Ltd.: (a) concluded a cargo transport contract with the CJ Branch; and (b) made delivery of the freight through confirmation of the details of the freight and the means of transport from the point of departure to the point of arrival; and (c) Defendant Jeju Shipping Co., Ltd. requested a cargo vehicle for the existing transaction at the time of transporting the freight of the instant boxes of 1,254, including overday, when the freight of the instant boxes were insufficient at the time of transporting the freight, and D sent information about the freight and its driver to Defendant Jeju P Co., Ltd. while arranging the freight to arrange the freight to Defendant B.

3) Defendant B agreed to allocate transportation profits with Defendant C, and leased the E5 tons of the vehicle, and had the Plaintiff drive the said vehicle and transported the instant cargo arranged in D. (4) On December 5, 2011, the Plaintiff: (a) driven the said vehicle on December 5, 201, and transported the instant cargo at a point of 200 meters south of the two-side park, among the instant cargo being loaded at the CJ-based F office; and (b) at the time, the instant cargo was loaded at a point of 15 to 18 tons in weight, and was loaded at a point of 200 meters south of the two-side park; and (c) at the time, the instant cargo was loaded at a point of more than 15 to 9km and was driven by brac because of the fact that the brac was in excess of the brac, thereby falling down with the vehicle due to the failure to operate the brac (hereinafter “instant accident”); and (d) the Plaintiff suffered injury, such as the b
