Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 13, 2018, the Defendant reported the fact that he was appointed the Defendant as a person in charge of accounting at the election campaign office E, who was sent to the candidate for a member of the local constituency, at the 7th simultaneous local election, which was implemented on June 13, 2018, and E, at the F Election Management Committee on March 7, 2018.

A political party, the head of office liaison office, accountant in charge, or accountant in charge of the election affairs, or an assistant in the accounting affairs, shall not disburse election expenses in excess of 1/200 of the restricted amount of election expenses announced publicly by the public announcement.

F On March 20, 2018, the Election Management Committee announced the amount of restrictions on election expenses in accordance with the Public Official Election Act, and notified the defendant that the amount of restrictions on election expenses in relation to the D constituency was KRW 42,00,000, around March 22, 2018, and urged the defendant to sign an agreement on the amount of such restrictions.

Nevertheless, from March 7, 2018 to July 4, 2018, the Defendant spent KRW 47,896,59 as election expenses, exceeding 1/200 of the restricted amount of election expenses announced by the F Election Commission, while managing and accounting affairs together with revenue and expenditure for election campaign and operation of an election campaign office, at the election office of E, a candidate for a local constituency district in G 2, a candidate for a local constituency in G 2 from around July 7, 2018.
