A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From August 26, 2019, the Defendant is placed at C elementary schools located in Daegu-gu B and serves as social work personnel.

On October 2, 2019, the Defendant did not work at the above C Elementary School on the ground that he was late sleep, etc. at the work site, and was absent from service for 12 days in total, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1, until January 17, 2020.

Accordingly, the defendant, as a social work personnel, has deserted his service for at least eight days in total without justifiable grounds.
