1. On July 13, 2018, the defendant revoked a disposition of non-permission to file an application for building permission with the plaintiff.

Basically, the State or local governments shall endeavor to enable citizens or residents to lead a happy life, and local residents have the right to live, receive education, etc. in a pleasant environment.

In other words, local governments have the obligation to do their best to promote public welfare.

Therefore, as a result of the review on the application for the lawfulness of your unauthorized livestock shed, in case of the lawfulness of the illegal livestock shed part, it can lead to the degradation of the quality of life due to the aggravation of the natural environment, educational environment, etc. as well as the neighboring area, and in the case where the livestock industry can be operated only by the existing livestock shed, the legality of the unauthorized livestock shed shall be suspended in consideration of regional characteristics.
