1. The defendant shall pay 30,500,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from August 26, 2019 to the day of complete payment.

Part of dismissal: The statutory interest rate is amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768 on May 21, 2019 and enforced on June 1, 2019, Article 3(1) main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings only recognizes damages for delay calculated at the rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019, and the claims for damages for delay in excess thereof are dismissed.
