Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant was an employer who employs 25 full-time workers in Busan East-gu G and operated (State) H as the employer, the employer paid all money and valuables, such as wages, within 14 days from the time when the cause for such payment occurred if the employee died or retires, the Defendant did not pay a total of 28,45,840 won, such as wages, etc. from February 21, 2015 to April 2015, and did not pay a total of 28,45,840 won from February 2015 to April 2015 of the employee I retired from H in the report details of the case reported by each individual, without agreement on extension of the payment date between the parties.
