Summary of Grounds for Appeal

In the judgment of the original court in the misunderstanding of facts, external experts, who received the request of the plaintiff, directly prepared a portion of the plaintiff with respect to each crime listed in the annexed Table 1, 3, 5, and 12 in the judgment of the original court in the judgment of the original court of mistake of facts, the defendant was supplemented in the event that the plaintiff was not completed or somewhat insufficient, and the external experts merely paid the defendant the compensation. Judgment

The court below and this court found the following facts based on the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below and this court. (i) Of the plaintiff's fees received from outside experts listed in the [Attachment Table 1, 3, 5, 12 at the time of original adjudication, the ratio of the amount refunded by the defendant is about 80% in the case of crimes listed in the [Attachment Table 1] Nos. 1, 80% in the case of crimes, approximately 65% in each case of crimes listed in the same chart Nos. 3 and 5, and about 70% in the case of crimes listed in the same chart Nos. 12, 12, in light of this, it appears that the defendant prepared a part of the plaintiff's considerable amount recommended by the National Land Research Institute to outside experts. (ii) The defendant who recommended the plaintiff to outside experts on behalf of the National Land Research Institute was false that the outside experts completed the whole amount of the plaintiff's fees to outside experts. (The National Land Research Institute was not paid in full after the plaintiff's fees.)
