A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than ten months and by a fine not exceeding 200,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act from around 00:45 on July 10, 2018 to around 01:25 of the same day, and received 112 reports in front of “C cafeteria” located in Seoul, and obstructed the duties of other persons, organizations, or persons performing official duties, such as the slope E, etc. belonging to the D police station called “E, e.g., f., e., f., e., f., f., e., e., f., e., e., f., e., f., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., g.,

2. Around 03:00 on July 10, 2018, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties by assaulting, on his own hand, the part of the above G’s bucks by assaulting the police officer assigned to the above police station, such as sending a taxi to the superior police officer belonging to the above police station, who was on duty at the early station located in Seoul F police station located in Seoul, with a view to getting off a taxi, thereby hindering the Defendant from performing his/her official duties due to his/her official duties.

3. The Defendant, on the date and time, at the place, as described in paragraph 2, committed an indecent act by force against the victim’s sexual organ part of the said victim G (22 ) on his own hand by committing an indecent act by force on the following grounds.

1. An order to attend a course under Article 62-2 of the Criminal Act, and the punishment, etc. of sexual crimes;
