Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a car in the SPP area.

On August 11, 2014, at around 21:45, the Defendant driven the said car while under the influence of alcohol 0.143% (demark) with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.143% (demark), and led the road front of the Gangseo Hongcheon-gun (Seoul Hongcheon-gun) to a yellow apartment room from the annual salary level.

At the time, there was a parking vehicle at night and in the opposite line, so in such a case, there was a duty of care to look at a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle well, and to prevent the accident by accurately manipulating the steering direction and brake system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by negligence while under the influence of alcohol, was parked in the opposite vehicle line beyond the center line, received the front part of the left-hand part of the Defendant’s car driving in front of the passenger car left-hand side.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence above, destroyed the victim’s access vehicle to repair cost of KRW 1,925,00, and did not immediately stop the vehicle and run away without taking necessary measures.

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.143% (demark) from a section of about 1km to the front road of the Hancheon-gu Hongcheon-gun annual salary, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gu, Hongcheon-do, which is located in the annual salary rate of Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun.
