Reasons
1. The fact-finding and decision of the first instance court are justified even if the evidence submitted in the first instance court for the acceptance of the judgment of the first instance is based on the evidence submitted to this court.
Therefore, this court's reasoning is the same as the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, this court's reasoning is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420
2. The defendant's appeal shall be dismissed on the ground that the plaintiff's claim for the decision is well-grounded. The judgment of the court of first instance is just based on the conclusion.
