1. Defendant B, limited partnership C, and E are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 13,200,000 and also Defendant B and limited partnership C.

1. The description of the grounds for claim and the changed grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

For Defendants B and E of applicable provisions of Acts: Judgment by each service by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act) rendered by each judgment against Defendant limited partnership company C and D: A judgment by each confession (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).
