Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny on April 5, 2018 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on the 27th of the same month after having been sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for one year and six months from a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor on April 5, 2018.

[2] The Defendant: (a) was a foreigner of the nationality of Malaysia, and (b) was willing to offer money from the Malaysia to the Republic of Korea from the Malaysia’s personnel under the name of the Malaysia to “B”; and (c) agreed to receive the said proposal; and (d) entered the Republic of Korea on January 22, 2018 by being provided with aviation tickets from the said personnel; and (c) transferred the said personnel to the account designated by the victims in the custody of goods, such as the train to the account designated by the victims.
