A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 2010, the Defendant, along with his accomplice D and E, purchased a passenger car and a mobile phone in the name of the elderly and disposed of the money from the F in the name of the elderly at the time of the election day, thereby gathering the criminal act by accepting the proposal.
From March 2010 to November 19, 2010, the Defendant, along with the foregoing F, D, and E, prepared a cell phone and passenger accommodation in Daegu-gu G and Dong H, and the office and accommodation of the elderly. F is supplied with money according to the credit rating of the elderly to the “I” who recruited the elderly and supplies the elderly, and bears the burden of expenses incurred in committing the instant crime, such as office rent, etc.; D and E moves the elderly under the direction of the above F; (i) obtained a resident registration certificate, personal seal impression, and business registration certificate; and (ii) purchased the mobile phone and passenger accommodation in the name of the elderly; and (iii) took the role of purchasing the elderly under the name of the elderly and managing the elderly, and (iv) took the role of managing the elderly and the elderly, and (iv) took the role of managing the elderly and the elderly’s accommodation under the name of the aforementioned F on June 2010.

Around 15:00 on November 1, 2010, the Defendant, along with the above FF, D, E, and J, performed the above shared roles, and had L, which was in a park located in Yongsan-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to purchase at 37,400,000 won a car for 37,40,000 won from the money of the above car and to sign and seal the loan contract with the content that L, which was in a park located in Yongsan-dong, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, to purchase at 37,00,000 won a car for 37,40,000 won, out of the money of the above car and to pay 1,048,982 won each month for 36 months.
