Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who drives BF le-cars.

On March 26, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle around 15:00, and got to turn to the left at the right of the front and right of the 3-lane from the front and front right of the D Driving Institute C located in Yasan-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
