[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

However, the above punishment shall be executed for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendants violating the Illegal Check Control Act in collusion with L on July 31, 2012: (a) Defendant A borrowed KRW 3,000,000 from Defendant B from Defendant B; and (b) Defendant A borrowed the said money at the 1,000,000 cashier’s checks of KRW 1,00,000 at the annual salary close point of the agricultural cooperative located in the Macheon-si Seoul Metropolitan City.
