A. The summary of the grounds for appeal (e.g., a fine of KRW 7 million) of the lower court is too unreasonable.

However, the Defendant arranged stolens by demanding a person to lend money as security. In full view of the fact that the role of the Defendant in the entire instant crime cannot be said to be small in the role of the Defendant in the entire crime, and other circumstances that form the conditions for sentencing specified in the instant pleadings, such as the Defendant’s age, background of the crime, and circumstances after the crime, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable even if considering the circumstances favorable to the Defendant as seen earlier.

According to the records of the judgment on the appeal by the defendant Eul, the defendant did not submit the appellate brief within 20 days from the due date for submitting the appellate brief even though he was served with the notification of the receipt of the trial records and the notification of the appointment of a state appointed defense counsel on December 29, 2014, and the petition of appeal does not contain any information in the grounds for appeal, and there are no grounds for ex officio investigation in the records. 3.
