From around 02:10 on March 10, 2013 to 02:40, the Defendant: (a) expressed a large voice on the ground that the Handphone is not good while drunkd from the victim’s 4th floor located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, for the reason that the Handphone is in use by the victim; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “scam” on the ground that the Handphone is not good, while taking advantage of the Handphone from the victim’s use; and (c) made the customer in the party room “scambling and scambling,” and interfered with the victim’s party room business by taking advantage of force, such as threatening some customers to drink and drink the party room.
