Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

[2019, 1665] The Defendant concluded a check contract with the Changdong Branch of B Bank and the Defendant from July 5, 1990, and traded household checks.

On February 2, 2019, the Defendant issued a check number D, check amount to KRW 1,00,000, and issuance date to the above bank bank check under the name of the Defendant, which was named as “D”, “1,00,000,” and “4, 30, 2019.”

On April 30, 2019, when the check was presented to the above bank on April 30, 2019, the period during which the check was presented, but the check was not paid as a disposition of suspension of transaction. At that time, each check was issued on two occasions in total as shown in attached Table 1, and each check was not paid on the payment date due to the disposition of suspension of transaction.

[2019, 1637] The Defendant concluded a check contract with a branch of B Bank and the Defendant from July 5, 1990, and traded household checks.

At the end of November 2018, the Defendant issued one copy of the household check in the name of the Defendant’s office located in Jung-gu, Seoul, the check number “F,” the check amount “2,480,000 won,” and the date of issuance “28, 2019.”

On February 28, 2019, the holder of the check presented a payment proposal to the Industrial Bank of Korea Process Innovation Board.

However, the defendant did not pay for the shortage of deposit.

From that time until December 2018, the Defendant issued three copies of the household checks, such as the attached Table 2, from that time to that time, and the said checks were not paid on the date of presentation due to shortage of deposits or suspension of transactions.
