1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 12,095,237 for each of the Plaintiff A and B; and (b) KRW 10,285,714 for the Plaintiff C; and (c) KRW 4,00 for the Plaintiff D, E, F, G, H, and I, respectively.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs are those who are related to the deceased listed in the deceased’s column in [Attachment 1. Inheritance Relations and Claim Amount List (hereinafter “the deceased”).
B. On May 25, 2010, the Committee established pursuant to the Framework Act on the Settlement of History for Truth and Reconciliation (hereinafter “Framework Act on the Settlement of History”) rendered the following decisions as to the case in which military personnel or police officers, belonging to the Defendant, were killed part of the inmates of Gwangju Yancheon-gun, Jeoncheon-gun, U.S. Armed Forces (hereinafter “the case of death, such as Gwangju Mancheon-gun”) around 1950, when the Korean War was launched (hereinafter “the Committee”).
