1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,367,645 and the interest rate thereon from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the purport of the entire pleadings as to the evidence Nos. 1-1 through 2-15, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 37,367,645, which was not paid by the Plaintiff from January 17, 2013 to December 31, 2013, with the amount of KRW 37,367,645, and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
