A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

No. 1 of seized evidence and this Court was preserved for confiscation by 112 early 2017.

Punishment of the crime

1. Aiding fraud;

A. On October 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) discovered a false statement to the effect that “I would purchase the above item at KRW 1,050,00,00” in contact with the victim; (b) obtained a false statement from the victim to the effect that “I would purchase the above item at KRW 1,050,000; (c) would have 1,050,000,000; and (d) received a false statement from the victim’s representative telephone number (154-8278) of the website in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwanak-gu in connection with the Internet “I” site; and (d) sent a false statement to the effect that “I would purchase the item at KRW 1,05,00,00; and (e) would have received 1,050,000,000 from the victim’s market price and received 1,050,000,000 won of the above item’s market price from the Plaintiff.

In taking advantage of the game items in an amount of KRW 5,989,20 from 112 victims to 29 January 30, 2017, the Defendant purchased the game items acquired by the victim J as above (3,593,532 won) at 60% above the market price of the said item from August 4, 2016 to facilitate the commission of the crime, as well as from August 3, 2016 to January 29, 2017, the Defendant: (a) purchased the game items acquired by the said D from 112 victims in an aggregate of KRW 5,989,20 from 112 victims as shown in the attached crime list 1-1; and (b) transferred them to 37,530,532 won in total from August 3, 2016 to 30,530 won in the name of the bank, and (c) transferred them to 37,530,5350 won in total as indicated in the attached list 1-1-1.

B. The Defendant aiding and abetting the commission of fraud by K, L, and M is the Internet by means of a computer on June 16, 2016 at the O car page located in the Busan Blue-gu, Busan around June 16, 2016.
