Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant has a duty of care to ensure that a person engaged in Cysta individual taxi driver, and all vehicles shall not extend or go beyond the median line at the place where the median line is marked.

Nevertheless, at around 16:55 on January 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stopped the front of the Do road in the direction of the Incheon Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Transport Corporation in the direction of the central line; (b) caused by occupational negligence of the victim E (58 years) who was straight along the two-lane in the direction of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Transport Corporation, the Defendant caused the victim to suffer from the injury of the victim, such as the high-speed of the front part of the 110B Obato, which was driven by the victim E (58 years old) who was straight along the two-lane in the direction of the Bupyeong-gu Incheon Transport Corporation; and (c) caused the victim to go beyond the road by shocking the front part of the ststst or the right side of the 6-day area, which requires six-day medical treatment.
