1. The Defendant: (a) on December 29, 2016, the Gangseo-gu Busan District Court’s Gangseo-gu District Court registry office with respect to the Plaintiff’s 2,896 square meters.

The Plaintiff attempted to complete the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of the onerous gift on the part of the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-gu, where the registration of ownership transfer was completed on November 201, 2016 due to the registration of ownership transfer on the part of the Defendant on the part of the Busan Gangseo-gu, where the establishment of a neighboring mortgage was completed. However, it is recognized that the registration of ownership transfer was completed on December 29, 2016 by the Busan Gangseo-gu Busan Gangseo-gu, Busan, where the registration of ownership transfer was not completed due to mistake as to the registration of ownership transfer on the land of 2,896 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”).

Therefore, the registration of transfer of ownership in the name of the defendant as to the land of this case shall be cancelled because it was conducted without any substantive cause.

It is so decided as per Disposition.
