Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant E was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court on July 3, 2009, and the execution of the sentence was terminated at the Seoul Central District Court on December 6, 2009, and on April 12, 2013, Defendant E was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Regulation of Temporary Collection of Funds at the Seoul Central District Court on April 20, 2013 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on April 20, 2013.
1. Defendant A, B, C, D, E, F, and G fraud were practically operated by W P P PH and H, and as a result, the operation fund of W P P PH and the acquisition fund of P PH are required, Defendant B, C, and D were willing to receive investment funds from many unspecified persons and request them to collect investment funds. Defendant B, as the vice president of H, was the one of the above corporations, was in charge of managing the investment funds received from investors as management directors, and Defendant C, F, and G were in charge of managing the investment funds received from investors as management directors; Defendant C, and D were in order to receive investment funds from investors in the name of H.
