Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 1.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be applied.

Punishment of the crime

On December 19, 2016, at around 16:15, the Defendant: (a) spited the victim’s face on two occasions; (b) spit the brine of the victim’s face; and (c) assaulted the victim by spreading the coffee in the paper cupped by hand.
