Defendant
A has an overall control over the affairs of the Association as the president of the E Apartment Reconstruction Association, which has the building C and the office of heading D in Ansan-si from November 28, 2015 to the recent years.

B has been working as executive director of G Co., Ltd. who operates the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building from October 2015 to the recent year, and the 2nd floor, etc.
1. Around December 2017, Defendant A received a proposal from B to the effect that “at the time of concluding a service contract, the amount of 10 percent of the contract amount may be received as a bribe according to the custom set out in the industry,” and that “at the time of concluding the service contract, the company and the pertinent union designated within the country will first pay KRW 30 million,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00
On February 8, 2018, the Defendant entered into a contract with G Co., Ltd., a company designated by B on behalf of the said association, with a contract amounting to KRW 198,00,000 of the contract amount, which is equivalent to KRW 398,890,00,00 of the H contract amount with H, “the management and crime prevention services”, and “the asbestos supervision services during the E apartment reconstruction project,” which are equivalent to KRW 67,00,000,000 of the contract amount, and received KRW 30,000,000,000 from the Defendant’s vehicle parking lot in the above association’s office building at the end of January 2, 2018 or around February 2, 2018.
Accordingly, the defendant will accept a bribe of KRW 30 million in cash with respect to the duties of the reconstruction association that is deemed public officials, and will accept a bribe of KRW 30 million.
