1. The Defendant shall deliver to the Plaintiff the real estate indicated in the attached Form, and the KRW 10,200,000 and its amount shall be from August 18, 2019.

The provision on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal (hereinafter “the provision”) was amended on May 21, 2019 and came into force on June 1, 2019, and was in force on June 1, 2019. However, according to the Addenda to the amended provision, 12% per annum, which is the statutory interest rate under the amended provision, is applicable from June 1, 2019, and thus, the part on delay damages in excess is rejected.
