1. The Defendant terminated the consignment management contract on August 14, 2019 with respect to the motor vehicles listed in the separate sheet from the Plaintiff.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

2. Judgment with no ground for recognition (Articles 257 (1) and 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act);

3. The part demanding the payment of damages for delay exceeding 12% per annum after November 3, 2019, following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, among the Plaintiff’s damages for delay, is dismissed in accordance with the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (amended by Presidential Decree No. 29768, May 21, 2019).
