1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is an association entrusted with the operation of welfare facilities by the president, who is the chief operating officer of the property belonging to the Dong National University.

B. On July 1, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a contract for the entrusted operation of welfare facilities (hereinafter “instant contract”) with the Defendant. The main contents are as follows.

1. Location: The 3rd-dong, Jung-gu, Seoul, Seoul;

2. Name of facilities: Dong National University Seoul Campus.

3. Location and size: An academic forest hall;

4. Business type of operation: A lessor of the same kind of business: The lessee of the same university: (a) the "A" and the "B" (hereinafter referred to as the "Defendant") shall enter into a contract for the entrusted operation of the welfare facilities as follows, which is delegated by the head of the total who is responsible for operating the property belonging to the same university, pursuant to Article 43 of the Financial Accounting Standards of the same Act, to the head of the Dong National University and University Consumer Cooperatives (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff") who is entrusted with the operation of the above objects:

1. Monthly facility use fees (rents): Three million won (3,000,000 won)/including surtax;

2. Deposit: One hundred million won (160,000,000 won) (2) The construction of facilities in the school shall be made as follows and shall be donated to the university of the same country:

1. The stairs construction work in the course of study hall: The 230 million won (230,000,000 won);

2. A project for the stairs of the student hall: The defendant shall pay such other public charges as are imposed by the plaintiff, such as electricity, water supply and drainage fees, waste disposal expenses, etc. necessary for the operation of the school center, by not later than the 20th of the following month.
