Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, who was an insured designer of the Han Lan Life Insurance, had subscribed to insurance using personal information, such as C, which is an existing customer, in writing an insurance contract, and had a sense to write down the performance, etc.
1. On September 23, 2013, the Defendant, at the office of the branch office of the Korea-U.S. Nam-gu in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant was “C” in the column for signature signature contract (securities number: F); (b) September 23, 2013 in the column for signature signature contract; and (c) stated that “C” is “C” in the column for signature signature contract; and (b) forged one copy of the insurance contract in the name of the private document related to rights and obligations, which is a private document, for the purpose of exercising the signature at will on the immediately next side of the contractor; and (c) exercised it as if he was a document duly formed with the employee who is unaware of such forgery at the same time and place.
2. On October 11, 2013, around October 201, the Defendant forged one copy of the insurance subscription contract in the name of C, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising his/her signature at will on the contractor, the insured’s name, and then exercised it as if he/she were a document duly formed at the point of Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, Seoul-do, a stock company located in the same day with the same day to enter “C” in the deposit column, “C” in the deposit account number column, “C” in the deposit account number column, “C” in the insured column, and “C” in the insured column.
3. On November 26, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around November 26, 2013, indicated in paragraph (1) above; (b) on the deposit column in the column of deposit order of cancer insurance (contract number: M); and (c) on the deposit order column, “C”, “C” and “O, the husband of C in the insured column,” written on the deposit order column; and (b) on each name, the right and duty of the Defendant is to exercise his signature arbitrarily on each side.
