Punishment of the crime

On July 22, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.082% of blood alcohol concentration, driven from the parking lot for the Ma apartment apartment store in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, to the 121 (locked-dong) Asian 3km from the 3km-ro, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
