A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. From March 2011, the Defendant: (a) from around March 2011, the Defendant was making a loan to the Victim B and supplied the Victim B with a new attack in China; and (b) around May 2011, the Defendant, even if having received money from the Victim B, did not have the intent or ability to import the new attack and supply it to the Victim B; (c) notwithstanding that there is no intention or ability to import the new attack in China, in Seoul Songpa-gu, the Defendant made a false statement of the cost and expenses necessary for taking the new attack in China to the Victim B; and (d) had the Victim B deposit KRW 1,253,00 in the cost of purchasing the new attack in China around May 2, 2011 with the victim’s deposit of KRW 1,253,00 in the mobile air account from around June 9, 2012 to around June 9, 2012, shall receive KRW 35,853,000 in total as shown in the annexed Crime List.
2. On April 17, 2012, the fact that the Defendant was unable to operate an online shopping site related to shoes and did not intend or have ability to pay the price even if he was supplied with the new online shopping site from the victim C, that he/she would sell the new online shopping site and would sell it if he/she had supplied the new online shopping site as if he/she had operated the new online shopping site, and that he/she would sell it and pay the price for new sales to the victim C, and around the 19th of the same month, the amount equivalent to KRW 9,80,000,000 at the 6.80,000,000,000 won at the 4.20,000,000 won at the 4.57,000,000 won at the 4.7,000,000 won at the 1,093,000 won at the 193
