Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a public official who has been in charge of the control of illegal buildings at E teams located on the fourth floor of the building D in the Gun in the Gun of the 2010 from the second half of the year 2010 to July 31, 2014.

Nevertheless, on August 30, 2013, the Defendant prepared and signed a business trip report stating the following false contents: “3. Confirmation - The above illegal buildings (large-scale repair) were illegally extended to four households, but shall be restored to three households,” and “4. business trip report - The above illegal buildings (large-scale repair) should be restored to the original three households as a result of on-site verification,” and “The above illegal buildings (large-scale repair) will be restored to the original three households,” and then required H and I to approve it.
