Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 28, 2014, around 17:10 on November 28, 2014, the Defendant: (a) expressed three female customers D, etc., who were on the side while drinking alcoholic beverages while entering a customer in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government as a customer; (b) expressed three people, etc., “Is the same baby,” and (c) expressed to E, who is an employee of the above restaurant, “Is the baby, Is the baby, Is the baby, swes the baby, and swes down on their body, and swes down about 30 minutes.”

Accordingly, the Defendant interfered with the restaurant business by force as above.
