Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 8, 2015, the Defendant parked a C Truck owned by the Defendant on the above road, in order to prevent construction from being carried out on a road approximately 10 meters in width in Leecheon-si B, Leecheon-si, and obstructed traffic by preventing the flow of vehicles that he/she intends to pass through the above road on two occasions from December 14, 2015 thereafter.
