1. The plaintiff's action against the defendant B, E, F, and G shall be dismissed.

A. Defendant C Co., Ltd and Defendant D are the same.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff filed a suit against Defendant B, Defendant C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”), Defendant D, network M (Death on December 7, 2014), and net L (Death on July 9, 2017) with the Seoul Central District Court’s 2008Gadan28416.

B. On November 6, 2008, the above court held that "the defendant B, the defendant company, the defendant D, the defendant D, the network M and the network L are combined with the plaintiff 56,270,000 won and the plaintiff as to them.

A. From September 7, 1997 to April 17, 1998, 6% per annum and 25% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment;

B. From September 7, 1997 to April 16, 1998, Defendant Company, Defendant D, and Network M 6% per annum and 25% per annum from the following day to the day of full payment;

C. The net L shall pay 6% interest per annum from September 7, 1997 to June 26, 1998, and 25% interest per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.

The judgment of this case (hereinafter "the judgment of this case") was pronounced, and the above judgment became final and conclusive around that time.

C. Defendant B filed a bankruptcy and application for immunity with Seoul Rehabilitation Court Decision 2008Hadan37968, 2008 37968, Defendant B was declared bankrupt on May 12, 2009; Defendant B was granted immunity on July 14, 2009; and the said immunity immunity became final and conclusive on May 27, 2009.

The list of creditors of the above bankruptcy and exemption cases is included in the plaintiff.

The net M shall file an application for bankruptcy and immunity with the District Court 2007Hadan2992 and 2007Ma2999, and shall be declared bankrupt on December 10, 2007, and shall be granted immunity on February 19, 2009, and the decision of immunity became final and conclusive on March 6, 2009.

The list of creditors in the above bankruptcy and immunity cases is included in the plaintiff.

E. Defendant E is the spouse of the network M, Defendant F, and G are children of the network M.

F. Defendant H, I, J, and K filed a claim for a trial on limited acceptance by inheritance with the Mad L’s children, and the said Defendants filed a claim with the Mad Government District Court Decision 2017 Mad-Ma1135, 2019 Mad-Ma70064, respectively. On August 29, 2017 and April 12, 2019, the said court received the respective reports on limited acceptance by inheritance.
