1. On December 29, 2015, between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, the Plaintiff is against the Defendant of KRW 250,000,000 based on a lease agreement concluded on December 29, 2015.
Reasons
. Each of the receipts was made;
(hereinafter referred to as “instant lease agreement”, “the instant receipt.” Lease: Deposit for Article 1 (Purpose) of the Nam-gu and D Lease of 140 square meters in the territory of the Gyeongbuk-do: This hundred and forty million won in general restaurant (200,000,000): The premium for a deposit shall be paid and received at the time of the contract, and the balance of the receiver (A) shall be paid on December 29, 2015.

Other matters not to be entered shall be governed by the Commercial Building Lease Protection Act, the Civil Act and other real estate practices.

E. F has completed business registration regarding a restaurant in the name of the Defendant on February 11, 2016, and thereafter, F is operating a restaurant in the instant building from that time to that time.

A. The gist of the Plaintiff’s assertion 1) Upon F’s request, the Plaintiff had the Defendant (F) use and benefit from the instant land and building without setting a period and difference. 2) The instant lease contract and receipt are F.
