The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (unfair sentencing) by the lower court is too unreasonable that the Defendant did not submit a statement of the grounds for appeal, and the petition of appeal does not contain any indication of the grounds for appeal. However, the petition of appeal contains a statement of the grounds for appeal in the application for recovery of the right of appeal filed on October 11, 2016 that “the request for the right of appeal filed by the prior wife” is stated. Thus, it is to be determined to the effect that the Defendant asserts unfair sentencing.

2. In light of the various sentencing conditions shown in the instant judgment records and pleadings, the lower court’s sentence is too large and thus does not seem unfair.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
