1. Defendant C’s KRW 1,003,223,770 to Plaintiff A, and KRW 798,589,062 to Plaintiff B, and each of them from March 5, 2014.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Defendant D Credit Union related to the parties (hereinafter “Defendant D Credit Union”) was established with the purpose of receiving deposits and installment savings from its members, lending to its members, internal exchange, securities for its members, precious metals, and storage of important goods. Defendant C became a member of the Credit Union around January 200 and then became an employee of the Credit Union from around November 2009 to around May 201, 2009 in charge of the duties of lending loans, etc., such as agency, division, division, etc. at the Credit Team from around December 2009 to around May 201, 200 in general, general affairs, public relations, etc., from around December 200 to around May 2010, from around June 201 to December 2013 in the Credit and Credit Team.
B. On April 2007, Plaintiff A received a request from Defendant C to deposit the Plaintiffs’ surplus funds to the Defendant Newcom, which was known to Defendant C, and around April 2007, Defendant C’s account (Account Number E, Membership Number F, hereinafter “Plaintiff A account”) with Defendant Newcom, and Plaintiff A received on April 20, 2007.
(B) On February 29, 2008, Plaintiff B opened an account (Account Number G, Union member number H, hereinafter “Plaintiff B account”) with Defendant New Cooperatives (Account Number G, Union member number H, hereinafter “Plaintiff B account”).
(B) On March 24, 2019, Plaintiff A and the Plaintiffs concluded a mutual aid agreement between Plaintiff A and Defendant C on April 24, 2019, with the following: (i) on April 20, 2007, the due date of the monthly mutual aid premium for the name of the subscriber (certificate number) product; (ii) on April 20, 2017, Plaintiff A (J) KRW 100,000,000,000 won for New Daily Pension (Accumulation type) (K) on March 24, 2009, KRW 100,000,000 won for Plaintiff B on March 24, 2019, and (L) May 8, 2007, KRW 100,000,000,000,000,000,000 won; and (J) on May 28, 2017.
3. On September 2008, Plaintiff A collected funds from Defendant C on several national new unions and made investments in bonds, etc. at 10 billion won.
It is responsible for this matter.
