Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 4, 2013, at around 20:50, the Defendant: (a) reported D non-stop cars parked by the victim C residing in the same apartment in front of the Busan Jin-gu B apartment in Busan, Busan, and (b) destroyed the extent that it can be found to be difficult to pass through by parking at the entrance of the apartment, and that it can be found to be a house repair problem, using cement sculptures, so that the Defendant damaged the extent that it is far away from the nearby floor of the apartment, such as flicks and trings of the said car, to be flick up to KRW 80,00
