A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 14:50 on October 22, 2013, at the Eju store operated by the victim D (year 56, n) located in Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Defendant: (b) read, “I will reduce the amount of money from this year?
