A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On February 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for an injury in the Daegu District Court Port Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on January 5, 2017 at Busan Correctional Institution.

[2] When Defendant 1 was released from Busan prison without any other occupation and was living expenses while maintaining his livelihood, Defendant 1 had the mind to commit robbery. Defendant 1 purchased a knife, which is a deadly weapon to be used for robbery, from a mutual aesthetic point in D located in the north-gu, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si, Mapo-si.

On March 30, 2017, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that there was no registered security guard in the bank in front of the KSB located at the center of the KSB in the north-gu, Northern-gu, 236, and entered the bank, and (b) confirmed that there was no registered security guard in the bank; and (c) called “the victim E (V, 39 years of age) who is an employee in the counter of the said place, knife the knife,” and “the value of the knife, ............................. in order for the victim to take back the knife and not give money, the Defendant forced the victim to take back the knife with a computer monitor, etc. at the front of the knife, and forced the police officer to take back the money by being arrested by a report received and dispatched.”

Accordingly, the defendant, carrying a deadly weapon, forced the victim to withdraw his property, but he attempted to do so.
