1. The Defendants shall make on November 2003 each share on the inheritance shares in the attached Form 243 square meters among the shares in the 243 square meters in Hongsung-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongsung-gun.

1. Basic facts

A. On September 25, 1973, U purchased 1,375 square meters prior to the subdivision of this case (hereinafter “the land prior to the subdivision of this case”), and completed the registration of ownership transfer by the Daejeon District Court Red Branch No. 9867 on December 31, 1973.

B. On November 26, 1981, the instant land before the instant subdivision was divided into 243 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”). Meanwhile, on the other hand, the instant land divided into T on January 24, 2013, in which the 214 square meters of the instant land was divided into T on January 24, 2013, but has not yet been registered as subdivision) and the 1,132 square meters prior to the said subdivision, and thereafter the said V land was converted into a site.

Since then, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer based on sale on November 28, 1983, No. 13445, Nov. 24, 1983, with respect to V land.

2. Determination

A. The plaintiff asserted by the parties, on November 24, 1983, donated the land of this case and the land of this case from U, and possessed it in a peaceful and public manner with the intention of ownership until now. The defendants objection to the plaintiff.
