1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. On December 29, 2008, while working as the head of the civil engineering design team at C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “instant company”), the Plaintiff’s husband, committed suicide on the 10th floor of the instant company’s head office located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D on the 10th floor. A doctor who examined the deceased’s body presumed the deceased’s direct death to be the cost of training and repulmonation, and determined the pre-explosion as a falle, respectively.

B. On May 7, 2010, the Plaintiff asserted that the death of the deceased constitutes an occupational accident, and filed a claim for the payment of survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses against the Defendant. On August 16, 2010, the Defendant rendered a disposition on survivors’ benefits and funeral expenses (hereinafter “instant disposition”) on the ground that the death of the deceased does not constitute an occupational accident.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The plaintiff asserted that the plaintiff had experience in field work and without experience in overseas dispatch is suffering from depression due to stress on overseas dispatch, and eventually, on the first day, the first day during which the deceased waived work No. 4 of Kuwait as the construction team of Kuwait on July 2, 2008 (hereinafter "the construction of this case") was appointed as the head of the construction team of Kuwaita, and actively endeavored to overcome the burden of English at the cost of the construction team.
