Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol with 0.182% of blood alcohol concentration at around 23:15, and the Defendant was driving a vehicle of approximately 500 meters of alcohol at approximately 100 meters from the place near the sang-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon to the Marine Corps in front of the Marine Corps Inspection Station in the same Gu.
