A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from “D Hospital” on the floor C, C, and C, and on the fourth floor of the same building; (b) reported as a disturbance by 112; and (c) from G, the police officer of the former Police Station F District of the U.S. police station, dispatched to the Defendant upon receipt of a report of 112 due to disturbance; (d) the Defendant should not avoid any disturbance.

"A person who assaultss the face of G at one time in drinking," means a person who assaults the face of G.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public peace and order.
